    Hi All,

New to the forum, bought M3 in Feb, lovely car but having probs with the Lumber/Bolster compressor? well I think its pump driven, I can hear something click but no pump, any ideas where I should be looking? Under the seat I can see the motors but it sounds like the clicking is coming from the lower back of seat but can't work out how to remove the back for a closer inspection.

    Any ideas welcome.

    Thanks

It is a electric pump, number 5 here http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...91&hg=52&fg=25

You will need to remove the seat and strip some of it down to get into the unit.
