    Hi mate how did you get to the wiper? The boot door has a big trim is it hard to get off (assuming its behind there)

    Mine has packed in and was thinking to take a look, guessing its the motor as mentioned alot its meant to be a common fault with the compact :@

    it is a very common fault on the compact. when you do look into it, dont buy a second hand unit. Well, not unless you are willing to gamble on the replacement not being in the same condition inside
