    Hi Guys,

Hope some can shed some light this. I'm trying to get to the bottom of an starting issue I'm having.

When i go to start the car i turn the key and only the airbag light
comes on, the radio gets power and starter motor turns but the engine
    won't fire.

I have to keep taking the key out and putting it back in and turning it
until i get all the accessory lights on and the car will start and behaves totally normally, no lights stay on at all.

It's driving me mad!!!! I've been trawling the forums but cant find
    the problem anywhere. LOL

I've re-programed the key because i thought it was the immobiliser.

Swapped the horn and fuel pump relays to see if it was that....nada.

Just though before i go to a dealer i throw it out there to you lot.

    Cheers

i hadn't even considered the ignition switch, unfortunately i haven't got a spare key to try. Cheers though, maybe a trip to an auto electricians should come first!

    Thanks

Have you had the codes read?Maybe it will throw up some faults stored on the ECU?
