The heater/blower/ac suddenly stopped working, although the lights and display are all on. I checked all the fuses but none seem to have gone, BMW suggested the heater resistor, is this a common fault/is changing the resistor the first thing to try/what about the capacitor/do I need a heater motor? I am not sure if this is the same fault as already posted(my 1st post!)

Sounds like it will be the FSU,(hedgehog/heater resistor/rheostat), do a search on here and there's loads of info
