Hi ! my keyfob has stopped working. It was working fine until the other day then just stopped. I have the diamond shaped 3 button one that recharges from the car. I thought it may have just gone flat because I hadn't used the car lately but after a long drive (200 miles) still nothing. I have tried to re-inialising the key but that didnt work. I have to lock the car with key now but it doesnt seem to be arming the alarm. Another problem i have discovered is when I unlock the car with the key as iI remove the key from the door lock all four windows go down???? Any help with these problems would be very much appreciated. thanks

It is possibel the key has gone faulty. I have repaired a few of these.

Does the keyfob make tactile clicky sounds when you press the fob buttons?

All the buttons seem to be clicking but are very worn. I did think this could be a possability. I have ordered a new empty blank key and new battery and intend to open the key and test the buttons and battery this weekend.
