    No i mean if someone had issues with their alarm and decided on an after market system

    The same bypass kit you would use when installing a remote start system

    That would mean a new DME and then disabling the EWS. How would you get around the ZKE?

    the bypass kits are fully programmable to different vehicles

    So this bypass kit will control the transponder codes transferred to the DME? Still can't see how this will work with EWS III rolling codes. Bypass may work for EWS II without roll codes, something like a DEI555.

    Apparently they do i dont really get involved with the remote start stuff as its
    a bloody headache installing then and then you also have the issue with the
    law on vehicles running whilst away from it (quitting)
