    hi,

    i am fighting against 2 errors, DIS #67 and #68.
    67 DME: VANOS inlet camshaft, end position not reached
    68 DME: VANOS exhaust camshaft, end position not reached


    and the same errors in INPA:



    any thoughts?

    I would say the vanos solenoids are sticking RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 3.0i Cylinder Head Vanos

    you sure its not jumped the timing ya get that with engines that havent bin timed correctly...

    has the head bin off???
    330i sport a big chunk of berlin...

    yes, the head been off, cause i had a problem with the chain.

    the timing was checked several time in a service, and they say it's okay
