    Hi guys iv had the car for 4 month now and yesterday I noticed the filler cap won't lock even when I lock the car the metal rod that locks thecap won't operate. Does anyone had a similar problem is thus a cheap east diy fix? Thanks

    probably the solenoid knackered, you can use a test light on the solenoid plug to check for power when the locking is operated.

    Ok I'll have a look is thus solenoid easy too change diy also where is it located?

    remove the boot trim on the fuel filler flap side, you can then see the solenoid and the rod that locks the flap.
