    Hey guys, its winter,its freezing and would you adam n eve it my heaters arent blowing!

    when the car warms up and i travel at speen there is a slight bit of warmth coming out of the fans even though the fans are on full...and yes they are open!

    i dont have the fuse thing to tell me which on is which so does anyone have any ideas or can send a picture showing the specific fuse i should check?

    Check fuse 50 in the glovebox

    do you know the position of that fuse, i dont have the sheet thing, and im a bit useless with this kind of thing.... thanks

    i've checked the fuses and they are all fine?!

    i can hear a slight noise behind the dash that sounds like the blower but still only a tiny bit of warmth coming put of the fans?

    any help is appreciated

    hi all- ok been in a garage for 2 hours, no air lock as slight heat coming out of the vents just no blow.

    dash has been off and most things tested so looks like im gonna have to take to bmw and pay £175 a flippin hour!!

    the fuse box to see if current was going through the board and the wires and block connectors behind the dash but this was just a "normal" garage not an auto lec. they didnt know which wire was which for the blower.

    i explained about the final stage unit and they said go to a auto lec.

    sorry to kind of hijack this but on my wifes e46 saloon the buttons dont line up,exactly, where the air is coming out....if you get my drift. ie point to windscreen and its weak, but about 1/2 inch to the left of that picture and its perfect....?!? how can i adjust it to where it should be ?
