    Hi Ronnie, Thanks for takin the time to answer
    The tick over is a about 0800rpm, the car really sounds like a taxi ever since this problem.
    The fuel Pump under the car is pumping as i took the cover off and friend started the ignition etc.

    The plug has not been tested as not sure what outputs i should be looking for although on visual inspection plug looks ok.

    I have a volt meter but don't know what im looking for, if you know please tell connectors numbered 1 2 3.

    I'd say you may need to get the injector leak off tested if the idle isn't to smooth, it may be a injector has excessive leak off. See here http://www.uniteddiesel.co.uk/tips_d...%20leakage.pdf
