Ah feck, how many times! Realized about 5 minutes after putting the washing machine on that my (1 & only) car key was in a trouser pocket. The machine hadn't been on for long for but the key had managed to work it's way out of the pocket. Currently got the key under the hairdryer but was wondering how resilient these keys are to water? It's one of the sealed type with no screws and doesn't look as though it's every been opened. I didn't let the wash cycle finish and put it to spin as soon as I noticed.

To add to my idiocy, my car is blocking in my wifes car and I'm working solid for the next two days! Muppet!
