I have just bought another 330d,that to be honest needs a bit of TLC ,but I knew this before ,
What I can"t figure out is the headlight ,If you turn the sidelights on ( switch in 1st position ) then all ok ,then switch to the next position and the main beam comes on ok . If you then push the stalk forward to put on high beam ,they dont come on and the dash light doesnt come on either.
If you just flash the lights then they flash ok,so cant be the bulbs

    HELP

This could be due to a faulty high beam relay. Can you hear a clicking sound behind the glovebox when you switch to high beam?

I had a play with this today whilst doing some other jobs it needs , It dos look like its the stalk at fault as when you put some pressure on it when it is pushed down then they come on
Next question ,is it a easy job to fit a replacment one and whats involved ,

    Thanks for the replies guys
