Progress today - hooked up a carsoft diagnostic and fuse 42 was dead. Its a 30amp fuse for heated seats. Replaced it and tried seats, they work...

So, time will tell if there is a fault or if someone needed a 30amp and swopped heated seats or if there is a short fault under certain conditions. Tomorrow I'll test on a journey and find out more

haha - I'll call it a cheap fix if its still working in 2 weeks... Could be wiring grounding in certain conditions. I'll keep this thread updated

So things have been working fine then this morning I have noticed twice that the seats have turned themselves off

Is the temperature control module able to read the condition of the battery and turn the seats off under a certain ampage?
