What central locking problems have you got?

BTW Fuse 60 will disable the c/l locking system.

Hi Colin. The usual, sometimes remote works then not, key works locking then only unlocks drivers door, sometimes opens all locks.
If I pull fuse 60 will the key work? The GM5 module is on my to do list, as well as 2 freinds. Jim

    Hi Jim,

If you can pull fuse 60 after the c/l has decided unlock (which will never happen with passengers or it is raining and pasengers! - The GM5 knows how to inflict the most embarrassment on the owner)

With fuse 60 removed you will be able to:
Lock doors from inside by pushing the button on each door down.
Unlock by pulling on the inside handle.
Lock/unlock drivers door only using the key in the door.

Beware that the door lock barrel in the drivers door is very fragile. Do not expect it to last for ages before breaking. When this happens and the car is locked, you only be able to enter the car through the windows. The window can be opened by holding down the unlock button. But I expect you knew that ;-)
