Ok, those of you who are experienced with this issue will probably be thinking "not another thread!". However mine is slightly different, understand the problem and causes behind it, but I'm hoping you guys can help with the following.

Last week I spoke to BMW to try and get hold of the replacement cabling and 6 pin connector for the rear lights. I was quoted £301 + VAT, not right I'm sure. Does anybody have any part numbers for what I need?

I have seen part numbers for the 8 pin connector but not 6 pin connector.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Second issue is my front driver side indicator, flashing like a lunatic! Appears to be a problem with the wiring and bulb holder itself. Does anybody have part numbers for the bulb holder?

    Danke Schon!

I'm afraid the dealer is correct. The replacement wiring for the rear lighting is BMW Part: 61128387186 at a cost of £347 inc. Best bet is breakers, so try Quarry Motors on here.

Your indicator bulb holder part # is 63138380211 and will cost £6 inc.

Does anybody know if I can get the 6pin connector on its own?

    Cheers

Any chance you could post a pic of the connector?
I design wiring looms for a living so I may be able to recognise it, if I do I can tell you were to get it from or even get hold of it myself for you.
