    HID's mate. If you really want a true white light then get a HID conversion. Or though i do remember PIAA's H1, H4, H7 being very white but they are about £60 a bulb iirc.

    You can get HID's but remember they are illegal if they are not self-levelling with washers
    They will pass MOT but the cops can still stop you

    To get true white light the best option is a HID/Xenon 6000k conversion, you can get conversion kits delivered for £50.

    Whereas mentioned above, best halogen bulbs are around £60 so HID's could be the way to go. However like StK mentioned, they're not technically legal.

    I got mine from Ebay, there's plenty on there. Get them from a reputable seller, something like a kit from the link below would be ok I reckon
