Noticed that ever since I got my car the indicator lights never flash when the car is locked or unlocked. All the doors lock and unlock fine but no lights, any ideas where to start?

It sounds like the alarm is not arming. Does the red light on the rear view mirror do anything?

Mine flashes when you lock it, but not unlock

I belive these are things you can have turned on and off at the dealer

    So you could have:
    flash for lock and unlock
    flash for lock
    flash for unlock
    no flash

Do you know how much the dealers charge to alter them or can i do it myself?

    you cant do it yourself

I think the dealer will charge you either and hours labour or half hours labour to have something turned off or on

    AN indy might be cheaper

If you ring the dealer to ask, they have a list of functions they can turn on and off, Would you mind asking for that list and posting up?
