    Hi all,

Im a little stuck with this one im afraid! The little light om my PDC Button is flashing, i have done the click test on the sensors and replaced the module! Still no luck!!?? It does not make a beep or anything when egaged in reverse, the light just keeps flashing! Broken Siren perhaps??

Any help on testing this would be great. I have heard there is equipment that can be plugged in to see if the sensors are working correctly, i do not posess this im afraid but if anyone local does i would be happy to pay for a check?

    Many thanks in advance

    Craig

The audible 'clicking' test is only a rough guide-it doesn't always show up a faulty sensor(s) (which it is very likely to be).

You need to find a garage or friendly local member with diagnostics to find out where the problem is.

I pretty sure a broken siren doesn't disable the system & send it into failure mode.

Have you checked in the boot on the offside (drivers side) for any water ingress in or around the module?

    PDC controller/module location and pics!!!

Ah thanks Munich, I have diagnostic equipment but it wouldn't let me into the electronics really unless it's part of the abs??

Yeh ronnie i did have a good check and doesn't seem to be any signs of water ingress there! Hopefully a sensor or two will sort it! I'll try to get it on a diagnostic ASAP.

    Thanks all for your help
