I just need to figure out what colour wire from the alarm box connects to what colour wire in the purple plug etc. Would you connect the wires at the plug end?

You'll need to splice into the wires on the plug. Counting from the bottom right (pin1).

pin 4 is unlock and pin 13/17 is unlock.

Did you get a wiring diagram with the alarm instead of the list you put on page one? The diagram will be needed to know which wires off the alarm connect to the car and which ones will go to permenant 12v+ If you have then post up the diagram off the positive trigger system.

Thanks, I will scan it tomorrow and post it. Would I use all 6 wires for the central locking as the diagram points to? Yellow, yellow/black, white, wite/black, orange, orange/black?

You'd only use 4 wires from the six. Because the bmw is a positive trigger you'll have two wires from your alarm going directly to positive (you could solder them on to the main red 12v+ wire after the fuse) and out of the other two, one would go to unlock pin on purple plug and the other onto the lock pin.

Did you get another diagram with it mate? for the central locking. It'll tell you which wires need to go to power and which will be your output.

No sorry that is all I got. I spoke to the company today and they have not been able to get any more info or diagrams. They have basically said I would have to look at the wiring diagram for the car and find out the correct colours and try to connect from there. I said that is all well and good but what wires do I connect to the correct colour car wires as there are 6 in total all stating connect to central locking - they didnt know

There should be some sort of indication on which wires to use for positive trigger on the alarm, without that its trial and error, you won't damage the car but the alarm may get fried
