    hi i have a w reg 316 1.9 msport which has recently been cutting out randomly for no reason with no particular pattern ??? as im driving it just cuts out but no lights come on the dash my best guess is its something to do with fuel if anybody has any ideas it would be more than welcome as i need get it sorted before bimmerflex as i dont fancy going down the motorway if its just going to keep cutting out.

    Sounds quite similar to the problem i am having at the moment. The link below is to the thread i started about my issue, a replacement camshaft sensor has been recommended if there are no airflow issues.

    ye had a diagnostics dne friday was a camshaft sensor and the lambada was also playing up but at least it sorted now thanks guys
