The windows will not go down when you push the central window button. The windows do not go down slightly when the doors are opened and closed. I have tried a new central window switch but it had no effect. The individual windows and switches work perfectly. Someone please help!!!

Worth checking the micro-switches in the door-shuts too. These are incorporated in the door latch on the car itself (rather than the door).

The fact that the windows go up and down using the switches indicates the fuses are ok so I'd recommend checking the micro-switch.

He said the windows do not go up and down slightly with opening and closing the doors.... so it could still be fuses !

    Check them first !

Have you had the battery disconnected. If so you need to drop the windows fully & hold the button down 10 seconds, then raise the windows fully & hold for 10 seconds. This teaches the system where the motor stops are so it knows to drop the windows when you open the door. It's all in the owners handbook!

    ^ That'll be it...
The windows don't know their top and bottom positions for the automatic features.
