The near side elec window has packed up on my coupe. The window does not drop when you open the door (frame less) or by pressing the button?

when the button is pressed, you can hear a ticking sound from the passenger side of the car, would this suggest that the switch is ok and the motor has gone?

    any ideas.......

    cheers

You would need to take the doorcard off and then you can check for power or if it has come off the guides

like the other guy said, check the regulator , or if your not too sure if, take the regulator out,

undo the torx holding the motor on and just press the button up and down to check the electrical side of things (marking where the reg gear would be in comparison to the motor position)

while it's all out, clean the mechs up and grease up and replace clips as a matter of course? IMO easy enough to do and satisfying when it all works,

ive had a few issues with my windows as well mate

Have you switched the switches over to eliminate that 100%?

Has the vehicle suffered with battery failure recently?
