    You fixed the alarm Kevano?

    The module you have is the same as mine (same year car) and I have experienced the 'no workin fob' problem.

    1999 E36 323i Reprogramming 2 button fob

    I havent managed to buy a fob yet lol! once I have one (probably next week) I'll do the reprogramming and let you know how I get on

    Just a quick update, I bought a fob off of ebay and did the re-synch a few hours ago. After stupidly unplugging the smaller box and accidentally arming the system I bridged pins 3 & 5 and dissarmed it again , then had no problems and it works like a charm
