Please help, when car is left parked and locked the rear washer motor starts up some time later, empties the contents of the washer bottle and all you can hear is the motor runnng. Only way to stop this is to remove the fuse from the rear fuse box. Car originally started this in the cold weather but yesterday refitted fuse and it seemed ok, but this morning woke to the sound of the washer motor. Any ideas ?

Must be a stalk/relay or module problem, I'll see what I can find out.

Will most likely be water ingress into the control module here I would think, you will need to remove the boot trim and have a look.

Should also add that I would check the wiring loom where it exits the car and enters the tailgate, common for the wires to short out against each other, the insulation on the wires breaks where the tailgate gets repeatedly opened and closed.
