Hey, I've just purchased my first BMW and love it.... except for a couple little faults which are really annoying. Any help would be appreciated. My drivers side electric mirror will move left and down, not up and right. also the heating element doesn't appear to be working. The passenger mirror works fine (full movement and heat). I've looked at other threads but unfortunately cannot find a similar situation. Any suggestions anyone?

The heating problem may either be the mirror heating element itself or a wiring issue that is also related with the mirror adjustment problem.

Sounds like it could be a faulty switch
