    the passenger window is stuck shut on my car,if i press up i get 2 clicks from the door then if i press down i get 1 click.if i press down first there is no noise at all?is the motor knackered?surely the switch is ok if im getting the clicks from the door?

    Sounds like it may need a new solenoid....

    If you remove the doorcard and have a look...it'll be part number 5 in the link http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...g=51&fg=10..it may just be the window is stuck but having the doorcard off will help in finding out what's up

    Mmm i had the same problem but i had 2 clicks both ways and so I took the door card off and give the motor a crack with a piece of wood and it worked it turned out to be a jammed motor. You can give that a try if not try but a direct feed to the motor that will eliminate a possibility of a duff motor. Good luck.
