my 318 has been stood over winter and obviously the battery has drained.
so been out there today to get to get it fired up again to get it ready for spring.
put some jump leads on it from my other car, straight away the boot light came on and so did the dash lights when i flicked the ignition on.
tried to start it a couple of times but not enough life in the battery to turn it over, so i left it a while to get some charge.
next time i looked there were no interior light, no boot light and when i flicked the ignition on, nothing!
so seems to me its blown a fuse somewhere? although ive checked the fuses under the bonnet and all look fine, also one in the boot beside the battery is fine too.
soo, has anyone got any ideas whats popped? could it possibly be the battery is completely dead and not holding a charge?
its typical, i was right in the mood to get her polished up ready for the spring, now im fiddling around under the bonnet!
any information, advice, tips would be greatly appreciated
