    hey chaps got the service light reset on my 523 joined the number 7 pin with number 19 for about 5 secs and hey presto 5 green lights again but since then my MPG says 8.4-11 MPG but before i was getting 23-28MPG have i broken something

    any advice would be appriciated cheers

    Are you looking at instant mpg rather than average ?

    If you are on average, have reset the reading to zero, and have done some real short journeys in this weather then it will take a time for the average to work back up. When the weather is warmer and you have done some longer journeys you should see an improvement.

    Just an idea....

    yeah im looking at instant mpg reset it starts on 99.9 and just goes way down to 8mpg took it on a 30 minute drive tonight but no improvement but like you say wait for warmer weather could be coincidence thanx for reply buddy
