    Hi all

I recently replaced the bracke switch on my 328 convertible, as my brakes lights were not working at all, this fixed the problem for a brief period (about 1 month), but now, my brake lights are on all the time.

Is it likely that I have another faulty switch or a bad earth or something, or is there any adjustment to be made on the switch?

Does anyone know any other checks I could make?

    Thanks in advance.

    Stuart

You mean in the left hand corner?

No, I havent, but I'd have thought this would stop it working completely?
    Worth a try though, thanks.

Does the switch not have adjustment on it? It may be too close to the pedal

The centre of the switch pulls in and out so you can adjust it. see here, http://www.pelicanparts.com/bmw/tech...ake_Switch.htm
