Hi, underneath the digital odometer on my 323 touring there is a strange graphic that looks like a Graphic Equaliser ! What is it?

Cheers for the reply.
Damn i thought it was gonna be something really cool! So does each bar represent a different thing? Also call me dumb, but i can't work out how to change the time on the clock. I'm looking for an owners manual pdf on t'internet but cant seem to find any

In your model, it represents 2,000 miles. The recommended intervals between services is 10,000 miles, according to BMW, which imo, based on the kind of driving I do (motorway miles) is too short and I opt for 15,000 miles (which is what the E46 service interval is)

So every green light that disappears, 2,000 miles have elapsed.

If yours is a digital clock, press and hold clock and either the 10 or 1 button which operates the minutes or hours. Press set/reset to set when the desired time is achieved.
