    the illustrious gong

this is a marvel of modern technology and its information kept a guarded secret,UNTIL NOW!

the unit itself has 4 plugs:

    2 x single pins
    1 x 3 pin
    and 1x 4 pin

its location is by the foot pedals in the removable dash panel

please help me unravel the mystery of the gong

    Here's what I can find:

Not all functions are always used.

    1 pin plug (black)...
pin 1..blue/grey wire from PDC control unit pin 21.

    1 pin plug (brown)..
pin 1..blue/yellow wire from reverse switch.

    3 pin plug (white)...
    pin 1..brown wire to earth
pin 2..black/red wire from cluster pin 9 (speed)
pin 3..red/yellow wire from fuse 31 (constant 12v feed)

    4 pin plug (black)
pin 2..white/red wire from multi function clock pin 11
pin 3..white blue wire from multi function clock pin 10

    it says:

    4 pin reads "- t1 t2 +"
    3 pin reads"- t3 +"
    1 pin reads "t5"
    1 pin reads "t6"

now i have 2 plugs that came with this unit
a 3 pin wired as -brown empty violet/yellow so only 2 wires
and a 1 pin wired as t6 blue/grey or blue.white its very fine wire hard to see
