still stripping unwanted wiring from my bm donor prior to transplanting remapped engine box and loom into my kitcar classic replica.

Have now removed one carrier bag of wires from inside the car/ doors and boot and all lights heater and engine still working fine (thank god!).

Next question I would like help on is the abs asc unit. Located under the passenger side of the dash, one multiplug/ connector. It also needs to go.

can the abs unit simply be unplugged without affecting engine operation or is it wired into the ECU as well ?

Brimstone has performed this on a few BM's so would be worth sending him a PM on here. And no it won't affect the engine.
