    Hi all
I just bought a 328i as above and found the reversing lights don't work. Bulbs fine so bought new switch for gearbox, went to fit it, no sign of any loom!! Didn't check THAT when I bought it.....
can anyone tell me where that part of the loom comes from on the main harness? BMW solution is "book it in", but I'm not wealthy enough sadly!!!!
Hope someone out there can help!
    Thanks
    James

Where are you looking James. The switch is on the passenger side of the gearbox about half way up. It should have a 2 pin connection....

You have to get right up under the car too see it...

    Auto to Manual conversion?

What are the last 7 digits of your VIN number?
