    ok im looking for the bulbs in the little round map lights? im looking for white led ones? it would help knowing exactly what kind of bulbs to look for. any help please? or can ya not get them for those? thanks

    They are 'festoon' type bulbs, iirc the spot lights, rear passenger space lights and footwell lights are 5w, the main centre bulb is 10w.
    You can buy replacements or source LED ones from places such as fleabay.
    Measure the old bulb length before you buy, and make sure you get the same(ish) size.

    i have the 42 and 36 festoon bulbs,but the 2 map lights are different no?

    Yes they are. I bought a set that included the 2 little bulbs for the reading lights so don;t know the type. I'll see if I can find the details.

    However I would say its not actually worth it TBH. The map lights bulbs actually sit perpendicular across the reflector, so LEDs don't work very well at all, the beam shines across and not down.

    Having said that I am tempted to fit red LEDs (or a red tint) and use them as ambient lighting, The map lights are switched with ignition so could be left switched on.

    But if you do use them for map reading forget LEDs IMO
