First post here, so i'll start by saying "Hi!"

I've recently purchased an E36 328ci. When i bought the car the owner said he had removed the alarm because it was faulty and as such the central locking doesn't work.

I've removed the glove box to take a look and he's right, he removed the alarm using the age old technique of cutting all the wires...

Does anyone know if it would be possible to get the central locking working without putting an alarm back in? I understand the central locking control unit is in the RH door, so i'm assuming that is all there.

    Thanks
