    The picture marked B, it can be adjusted by tilting the arm and then tighten the bolt to lock it in place.

    I think it's because the door is bent

    When I removed the interior door card I noticed the window mechanism was bent

    That will do it, will need a new actuator if adjusting it doesn't work
