Hi Guys, i am new to the forum and so far it has been great for anything you need to know, so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction?

I bought my E36 320i Convertible a couple of weeks ago all fine till about a week ago.
Always starts first turn of the key, then the next time i try to start the starter motor turns fine but wont start not even a splutter, turn off the ignition and try again and it is fine? Sometimes i might have to try 5 or 6 times before it will start!
Thought i would post this before i started changing parts, was going to start with the fuel pump relay?

Oh also once it has started it runs sweet, no misfire or stalling?

    Any help would be great?

    Thanks Leigh.

The first port of call should be getting the BMW fault codes read for the cars ECU(s), any Main dealer(more expensive), BMW Independent specialist or good independent garage should be able to do this for you, get a copy of any codes and then post them up here and we will help out where we can with what you need to do next.
