    Hi
I have a 1996 e36 20i convertible and the passinger front window will open and close slightly when driving it and think this maybe the reason the alarm has been going off aswell when it is parked up. Any clues

Sounds like the microswitch in the door latch has had it, quite a common fault and easy to repair.

Yep the microswitch is playing up or the latch is worn, seen people wrap tape round the latch before as a temp fix!
