    Right..

Just checking all the parts and wiring for the 18 button OBC and the OBC came with the 2 connectors X1070(B) and X1071(W)

All the wires tally up on the connectors apart from one which is pin 8 on the white connector x1071

The wire coming out is Red/Grey/Yel but on the wiring diagram it shows just Red/Yel

Is just me being picky or is this the correct wire!!

If i wired up just pins 8 & 13 on the white connector and 16 on the black connector, i take it just the clock will work for the moment??

the only reason i ask is i might not have time to complete the installation!!

Yes I have, The analogue clock has 3 wires

    grey/red
    Red/yellow
    Brown

So I'm guessing the red/yellow from the analogue clock joins the Red/Grey/Yel from the White connector???

    Sorry to sound dumb!!!

i'm hoping Billy can answer this one!!

As i have fitted it and only wired up the 3 wires from the analogue clock...

i'm guessing i cannot program the clock and date until the rest of the wires are wired up??

sorry to pester.... i will be wiring the rest up hopefully in the morning...

It is the Red/Grey stripe with Yellow horizontal lines, mine was the same, I was pulling my hair out (especially as the clock fuse blew) when it wouldn't work

The clock runs from the basic live & earth and the third wire is illumination so the clock should work OK.

As Mandelbug says you program it using the 12 hour clock, toggling between AM and PM using the 1000 button if I remember correctky. Unless you do it this way it won't set.
