On starting the engine today noticed that the offside indicator (green arrow on instrument panel) was lit and steady (not flashing) although the indicator stalk was in the central position. On checking the exterior I saw the front, rear and side repeater indicator lights were on and steady (not flashing). Turning off the engine and removing the key had no effect, all lights as above were still on. I checked which fuses related to the indicators (shown as 23 & 34 on the fusebox lid) and removed them both - all of the lights stayed on! I then pushed on the hazard waring switch and that had no effect, likewise trying to operate the nearside indicators.

It is probably unconnected but the central locking system failed to unlock the nearside rear door yesterday and I cannot open that door even when I try to unlock it manually.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
