i have not long had the car and first time yesterday went to use the rear wipe and pushed wiper stalk forward and the wiper stopped at the top. stayed there and also tried pushing again but doesnt move.
has anyone had this problem was wondering if the wiper might need tightning or motor gone.
any help on what to do would be grateful thanks dan

Hi. Might be a faulty wiper relay. Find a breakers yard and get another one for a couple of pounds. Jim
The older I get the wrong bit gets stiff !!

Check the wires that run through the rubber boot from the body to the tailgate. The following shows the problem in a Coupe but the principle is the same....
