    I will try it tonight, so if I hold meter on starter motor while on car. Get someone to try turn it over. It should come up what volts? Not wanting to take anything off the car! Thanks by the way

    Well it turned our to be a problem around the key barrel. I took casing off, and see a thick rubber ring, o ring... It looked out of place. I moved it some , then tried, started straight up. So will be looking why and what the issue is! Payno thanks for ya time and input..
