Ok I'm still no clearer why the car won't turn over? Before it went to paint shop it was fine, they had doors bonnet boot off, and battery disconnected for up to 3 months. Then when I went to pick it up, just couldn't get it to start? Locking it with the fob , unlocking it fine, power lights come on. Then after 5 mins it started. Got it off transporter. Now I can't seem to get it to turn over?? What could have happened in that time?? Anyone help me here?

yep, still sounds like a weak battery.

Th BMW EWS immobiliser doesn't go wrong too often on these.

see if you have power at the starter when you try to turn it over
that will narrow it down a little bit

use a multi meter at the connections on the starter motor
if you have power there then the stater is no good or a bad earth
Part 1 -How to Bench Test the Starter Motor.
bench test will tell you if the starter is no good
