now fixed put a new water pump on it and a new shorter belt the old one was correct but incorrect bmw said 6 v rib 1060 so got that its was worse so garage advised me put a 1050 on its shut it up straight away and with new water pump and second hand power steering pump
so price up even for garage letting me borrow a space in yard for a month lol
    water pump 30quid
    second hand pump (psp) 28quid
    1st belt (incorrect) 17quid
    2nd belt (correct) 23quid
anti freeze (red) and power steering pump fluid both 20quid
borrowed local garage space well crate of carlsbug export (9quid) i dont count this
    sub total £118.00

good job the garage were i took it to was 50yards in front of were i work and i said i cant afford his labour so could i do the work and he doubl checked it all when i finished so 120quid isnt bad at all better than
everything in labour costs and parts

    water pump-45quid
    new power steering pump 185quid
anti freeze power steering fluid 25quid
    v belt 25quid
he said about 3-4hrs labour 50quid a hr

so would of been sickerning subtoal £480.00 that would of hurt
