Hi could someone tell me how to change a bulb on the dash please, It's the right indicator bulb it doesn't work no more and I'm kinda hoping the dash doesn't have to come out but I do know someone here will know thankyou......

Also the LED Brake Light in the middle of the spoiler doesn't work so does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong as I have heard It's very uncommon for all LED's to go at once so I'm thinking It's something else.

Ooh look what I found by looking through the How-to section

    http://www.unitedbimmer.com/kb-e36-silvergaugerings.php

This'll help you as for your break light-check you have power going to it-could be a break in the cable

    hi m8

its quite an easy job if you have an adjustable steering column, if ya dont its not quite so easy.

lower the column down as far as it will go, at the top of the dash there is 2 torx screws undo them and the two locaters they screw thru should pop out. Ease the dash out and put your hand behind there is 3 seperate connectors, undo each of them (you have to push the plastic tab in a bit to pull the lever arm down to release them

The whole pod then should just about come out between the steering wheel and the dash

Not sure about the brake light but behind the carpet below each rear light there are loads of multi connectors (in each plastic plug a metal plate where several wires of the same colour plug onto) Have found in the past these corrode so maybe a starting point.

Don't expect many answers on here unless you face fits cos no one ever bothers to answer me either :(
EDIT by NealP:- That's because this is a busy forum and we can't answer every query there and then.
