Just fitted some ccfl angels eyes and all works fine, apart from the drivers side headlight. Thing is i can't remember if it worked before I fitted the ccfl.

Ive changed the bulb for and new one but still no success . The actual fitting the bulb goes into looks knackered, looks like it is melted. Can i buy just the new fitting and crimp it onto the original wire?

Have you got a test light? if so then check for power at the wire.

Get a test light or wire up a 12volt bulb and use that as a test light, then check for power at the wire.

Sounds just like mine was like, the connector had melted and was damaged stopping the electric to flow right, they're both 1994 cars to
I just got a new connector and replaced it with the knackered one and the light worked again

try what ronnie said also but you might as well get some new connectors anyway, if I was you with the car being of that age I would check as much of the wire'ing as you can and see what wants replacing, especially at the lights! I did.

Going to get a new connecter anyways as it looks knackered.
They can only be a pound or so? Would halfords do them or will it be to bmw?

After looking on realoem for what seemed an eterntiy I decided to just ring bmw and explain what I wanted to them and they sorted it from there and sent me the correct plugs.

you can try and find the connector yourself though if you want HERE and then buy from HERE all you do is get the part number from the 1st link and copy it into the parts number box in the 2nd link Good luck m8
