Does this happen when you are stationary or when you are moving?

My wipers will stop for when sitting still, for example..

Have them on the constant wipe, (2 clicks up I think), when i'm sitting at traffic lights, they won't wipe constantly just every now and then. Once you picked speed up and get going again they come back on to constant.

Is this what you mean? If so, this is perfectly normal, well... I think it is. I'm happy with it.

Check the wiper module, it is under the steering column area if I recall correctly

I would go with the wiper module as well. I had the same problem when I bought my car. They would sometimes stop working, then work again until they packed up all together. Replaced the module and it was all sorted...
