hiya all, i have decided to put some lexus lighting in my car and found halfords was selling some cheap, so i brought them. When i got home i found that there was no install guide in the box. I was not to worried as i only payed £20 for them, but them when i plug the lights in nothing worked.

I have managed to get the indicators and reverse lights working by cutting and redoing some cables. And now by mistake i have attempted to do the same for the brake lights, side lights and fog. But silly me cant work out what one of the 3 red lightings is for what, lol. Any help would be grate, thanks in advance

Come on guys, this is the technical section

They're not to my liking but it doesn't stop one of us going out to our cars and checking the order of illumination!!!

Two seconds I will go and check my lights and post back

Ok-on the Offside the middle one closest to the edge is the fog light. The brake light is the one next to that and the sidelights one is next to that-so working from the outside inwards will be fog-brake-sidelights

    Brakes outer

    Side lights middle

Fog light inner (drivers side only)

On the coupe (old wiring loom) I spliced into the fog wire and chased it across the boot and into the other cluster so that both lights illuminated - That's how fussy I am

I have taken pictures that I will post up once I have uploaded

Thought they were all the same?

Well I took the photos so have them anyway

    Touring

    Brakes outer

    Side lights middle

Fog Lights inner (Drivers side only)

Do you realise I had to wedge the brake pedal with a hammer and empty 2 litre bottle of coke resting against the drivers seat just to get these pictures

I wass wrong but so is Rym according to my car

    Brake lights only

    sidelights only

    Fogs and sidelights together

and finally brake and sidelights together

So as you can see for the saloon its fog lights outer-sidelights middle and brake lights inner............

and to my surprise both my nearside and offside foglights both work although its only essential to have the offside one working
