    damn these butt connectors are really hard to crimp together!

    the crimping set ive got are really tough, makes it a right pain in the ass when im doing stereos for ppl and have to do it right otherwise i would just tape it up and be done with it

    Ron usually reads some wiring diagrams while he is waiting for the kettle to boil...he is multi talented . Now just got to make sure he doesn't leave tea cup rings on the diagrams like he did on the E46 ones

    just the job express, nice and neat..
    ive never bothered finding a kettle for my garage so i just nick the one out of the kitchen when i work on the car, im always gettin a bollockin for not cleanin it :( weve gto a second freezer in the hallway aswell wich is always covered in teabags, my mom hates me

    cheers ron. here's a tip for anyone who follows these footsteps, get a bulk box of butts and also get one of those hand exercisers that they use in american kids films to develop your gripping power for crimping the butt connectors!

    i channelled ron during the final few stages.

    now to put some white bits on the door cards and then fit them!

    (ron, can you stick the kettle on for a cuppa?)

    finished the right door card.

    you have to be fit to do this job.

    tips for future people fitting door cards ..

    1. get a swear box ready.

    2. get a miners torch on your head if doing in the night.

    3. work methodically and from the wing mirror, punch the clip in towards the door then down then top down from the other side.

    4. don't press in too hard with the bulldog style clips or you will shunt the clip through the chipboard and ruin the staple type holes.
