Hello, Have read through some useful threads on here regarding the sigma T3 alarm system but need some futher help if anyone can?

Last night my fob stopped working, assumed the batteries had gone although the red LED on the fob did light up when button pressed but no reaction from the car.

I must admit, I have never noticed the red LED on the fob before adn assume if the LED lights up then my battery is ok?

If the battery is fine, anyone any ideas what is the problem, only thing I can think off is the fob needs re-programming but not sure how to do this.

To be honest the car is that old, im not bothered about an alarm or immobiliser and would happily unplug this and just rely on the key to manually open the doors etc..

As the alarm is currently enabled, if I where to open the door the alarm would go off, how hard is it to disable the alarm and imobiliser permanently?

Thanks for any advice and hope this has made sense!

if the alarm is enabled and you open the door, the alarm will go off. i had to remove this interface box, which located by the glovebox but you have to remove the glovebox to gain access to the interface box and that interface box has to be reprogammed. Also this will disable the alarm, This is what i did mate.

the blackbox is on the left hand side you have to remove the glovebox and you will see it. A new fob cost me a tenner and third quid to reprogamme it i had a previous fob reprogrammed before at 65 quid.
